Valerie Battisti

Valerie is from Arlington Heights, IL and attended The Orchard Arlington Heights for youth group in high school. She received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Wheaton College and attended Carroll University for her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. She went on several short-term mission trips in college, and God opened the door for her to serve at a mission hospital in Honduras from 2016-2017. She and her husband, Nick started attending The Orchard Barrington in 2017 and became members in 2018. Valerie was a missions Resident at The Orchard from 2018-2020 and went on short-term trips to India, Greece, Turkey/Albania, and the Dominican Republic. Valerie and Nick were married at The Orchard in 2019, and have a beautiful daughter named Myla who was born in February 2023. Valerie currently works part time as a Family Practice PA at a non-profit clinic in Addison. She also coaches CrossFit in Elmhurst. Valerie serves as a Women’s Life Group leader, helps with women’s ministry events, and co-taught the Real Change class last fall.
