Melissa Whalen

Melissa was born and raised in Saint John, Indiana. She graduated from Purdue University in 2012 and currently works for her family’s tax accounting firm with her husband, Tim. Melissa put her faith in Christ in 2011 when a college friend invited her to their church. Through this church and small group, she realized her need for Christ’s saving grace and made Jesus her Lord and Savior.
Melissa met her husband, Tim, in 2013 and they got married in 2016. The Lord has blessed them with two children, Grace (7) and Ben (5). They currently live in Arlington Heights.
Melissa has attended The Orchard since 2015 and has been a member of The Orchard’s North Shore campus since 2017.
To glorify God by growing in faith, hope, and love, through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
