The total project cost will be $2.3 million.

Our project term is 2.5 years (30 months) from July 2022 through December 2024.  This provides three year-ends for giving, as well as a timeline to guide us in our giving.

The Board unanimously and enthusiastically approved the project, and Bob Bollweg (Board Treasurer) is the acting Project Chairman for Next, helping greatly with the financials.

Along with the Student Ministries Center, the Children’s classrooms and hallways will also receive all new flooring. The Family Ministries Office will receive a new layout, workspaces, and a brand new entrance into the stairwell leading to Door 4 (near the Receptionist entrance).

We are working with the Aspen Group who has years of experience working with churches all over the country and provided an incredible experience with The Orchard during previous Arlington Heights, Barrington and Vernon Hills renovations. Aspen Group is a ministry focused, design-build-furnish firm providing integrated solutions for new church facilities, additions, and renovations.

Yes!  We look forward to this space being utilized by many ministires containing but not limited to: Awana, Community Care, Men's & Women's Events, LIFE Groups.
