The Orchard Pastoral Residency

The goal of The Orchard Pastoral Residency is to raise up pastors with a lifelong commitment to godliness, a robust biblical doctrine, and a competence in a wide range of ministry skills.

What is the Pastoral Residency?

The Orchard's three-year Pastoral Residency offers residents three critical components in pastoral development:

  1. Seminary coursework: Online Master of Biblical Studies through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
  2. Preaching Preparation: Chicago Course on Preaching through Charles Simeon Trust
  3. Mentored ministry experiences at The Orchard for 20 hours per week

This blend of theological education and mentored ministry experience is the best way to prepare for a lifetime of faithful ministry. This program brings the seminary and the church together in a shared effort to train pastors for the glory of Christ and the good of his people.

Invest Three Years. Impact Eternity.

The Orchard Pastoral Residency is a hands-on ministry experience designed to equip and develop the next generation of church leaders.

Residents serve alongside experienced pastors and ministry teams while growing spiritually, developing practical leadership skills, and gaining real-world ministry experience in a thriving multi-campus church.

If you sense a call to ministry, this residency is designed to challenge, mentor, and equip you for what's next.

If you’re ready to grow, lead, and serve where God is calling, we’d love to connect with you.
